Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the team to design and implement a wallet system that meets both business requirements and security standards.
• Guide the team in understanding the technology of new blockchain chains and their wallet-related implementations.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize existing wallet services to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Efficiently respond to and quickly locate issues related to wallet services, providing timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate wallet solutions with other systems and platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in blockchain and wallet technologies.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing wallet systems, preferably in a blockchain environment.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptography, and security best practices.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Solidity.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior engineers.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multi-chain wallet implementations and interoperability solutions.
• Familiarity with decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols and smart contract development.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to digital wallets.
