Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the team to design and develop a wallet system that meets business requirements and strict security standards
• Guide the leadership team in conducting in-depth research and implementation of new chain technology and its related wallet solutions
• Develop, maintain, and optimize existing wallet services to ensure their stability and efficiency
• Quickly respond to and accurately diagnose technical issues with wallet services, implementing effective solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align wallet development with overall business objectives
• Stay current with emerging blockchain technologies and security protocols to maintain competitive advantage

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in blockchain development with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Deep understanding of cryptocurrency wallet architecture and security principles
• Proven track record of developing and maintaining high-performance wallet systems
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Excellent communication skills to effectively lead technical teams and collaborate with stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field
• Experience with multiple blockchain protocols and their wallet implementations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multi-signature wallet solutions
• Knowledge of hardware wallet integration
• Contributions to open-source blockchain projects
• Certifications in blockchain technology or cybersecurity
