Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to activate, retain, and convert users
- Execute operational plans for existing users to enhance retention and engagement
- Maintain customer relationships via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Plan and organize user activities to increase participation and satisfaction
- Continuously optimize activation and conversion methods based on user feedback
Job Requirements
- Must be based in Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, or Bangkok
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 1 year of sales/user operations experience (financial/Internet industry preferred)
- Strong learning and adaptability skills with willingness to handle diverse tasks
- Customer-centric mindset with ability to understand user perspectives
