Job Description
The primary responsibility is to develop and execute online promotion strategies for the exchange to achieve business objectives, including but not limited to user acquisition, conversion, and retention improvement. The role involves leading data-driven research to identify opportunities for optimizing user channels, breaking down complex user growth challenges, and translating insights into actionable solutions to enhance campaign performance and incremental growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Advertising & Operations: Manage paid promotions on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, Twitter (X), Telegram, Discord, and TikTok. Expertise in account setup, compliance, and risk mitigation strategies for these platforms.
- Optimization & Data Analysis: Monitor daily campaign metrics, analyze CTR, CVR, and ROI, and refine advertising strategies and creatives based on real-time data insights.
- Creative Design: Develop high-converting ad creatives (images, videos, and copy) tailored to exchange users, highlighting key selling points like low fees, high yields, and airdrops.
- Channel Expansion: Identify and collaborate with blockchain vertical media, KOLs, and communities for promotional partnerships.
- Compliance & Risk Control: Ensure adherence to cryptocurrency advertising policies across platforms to minimize account suspension risks.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with product, operations, and design teams to align campaigns with project milestones.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Web3, blockchain, or exchange-related roles.
- Strong passion for the industry, with the ability to leverage trends and hotspots to refine media strategies.
- Proficiency in optimizing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Exceptional data analysis skills to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
- English proficiency is a plus.
