Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Performance Management System Design & Optimization:
- Lead the design, configuration, and end-to-end management of annual and quarterly performance evaluation cycles (including goal setting, mid-term reviews, and year-end assessments) based on HRIS (Lark HRIS).
- Assist department heads in formulating, decomposing, and calibrating departmental and individual KPIs and OKRs to ensure alignment with company strategy and challenging targets.
- Continuously iterate and optimize performance management processes, tools, and templates to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- System Management & Data Analysis:
- Serve as the internal expert for the HRIS performance module, responsible for daily maintenance, permission management, functionality testing, and updates.
- Provide training and support to employees and managers on system operations, processes, and best practices.
- Collect, clean, and analyze performance data to generate visual reports (e.g., goal achievement rates, calibration distributions, talent grids) for talent reviews, compensation evaluations, and leadership development insights.
- Communication, Training & Support:
- Draft performance policies, operational guidelines, and company-wide communications in fluent English and Chinese.
- Organize and conduct online/offline training sessions and workshops on performance management for global/cross-regional teams.
- Provide consulting and coaching to managers and employees on goal setting, performance feedback, and development discussions.
- Projects & Collaboration:
- Participate in or lead HR projects related to performance management, such as engagement surveys, succession planning, and incentive program design.
- Collaborate closely with HRBP, recruitment, and learning & development teams to ensure seamless integration between performance management and talent management processes.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of HR experience specializing in performance management.
- Hands-on experience in configuring and managing performance modules (especially OKR/KPI processes) on HRIS platforms (preferably Lark), with familiarity in backend configurations and frontend user journeys.
- Proven experience in building or deeply operating KPI and OKR management systems, understanding their core concepts, differences, and applicable scenarios.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written), capable of seamless business communication, professional documentation, and leading cross-border meetings.
- Strong data analysis skills, proficient in Excel/Sheets; experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills, with a strong service mindset and cross-departmental influence.
