职位描述
This position is primarily responsible for planning and executing marketing-related activities, including but not limited to co-hosting themed promotional events with other projects, online AMA Q&A sessions, etc. It also involves managing social platforms such as Twitter, Discord, and Telegram to enhance user engagement. Additionally, the role requires conducting competitor analysis and research, designing forms for events, and collaborating with project teams and media to provide event support. The core objective is to strengthen brand influence and drive user growth through systematic operational strategies and creative event solutions.
核心职责
  • Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities, such as joint themed campaigns and online AMA Q&A sessions, to boost brand visibility and user interaction.
  • Oversee daily operations of social platforms like Twitter, Discord, and Telegram, including content posting, user engagement, community management, and event promotion.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research, gathering data and evaluating competitor strategies to inform event planning.
  • Design and create various forms for events to ensure accurate and efficient information collection.
  • Maintain close communication with project teams, media, and partners to coordinate resources and ensure smooth event execution.
  • Monitor event performance, analyze user feedback, and continuously optimize event plans and community engagement strategies.
  • Develop community growth plans, leveraging data analysis and user profiling to enhance activity and conversion rates.
  • Foster long-term relationships with community members, addressing inquiries and feedback to improve user retention.
  • Assist the team in budget planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
任职要求
  • 1+ years of experience in community management or event planning, with familiarity in digital marketing and social media tools.
  • Proficiency in managing platforms like Twitter, Discord, and Telegram, with the ability to independently handle content and user interactions.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate event performance using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Experience in market research and competitor analysis, capable of producing independent reports and strategic recommendations.
  • Knowledge of event planning processes, including budget management, scheduling, resource coordination, and risk assessment.
  • Good English communication skills to handle English materials and work with international teams.
  • Creativity and execution ability to propose innovative event ideas and implement them effectively.
  • Team player with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, social media marketing) are a plus.
