1. Conduct research and analysis on Web3 projects, and produce relevant investment reports for first level/1.5 level/second level projects that meet the corresponding requirements. 2. Conduct research and analysis on relevant industries/sub sectors, and output in-depth research reports. 3. Able to discover and find excellent new projects in the market in a timely manner

-Responsible for conducting demand research, designing, planning, and implementing Onchain trading products; -Promote a complete and detailed execution plan for new trading products, including but not limited to spot products, index products, derivatives and other trading varieties; -Cooperate with product operations and be responsible for the growth of trading product business; -Be able to use various analytical and evaluation methods to gain a deep understanding of industry trends and user needs, transform this information into practical and feasible product strategies, and collaborate effectively
