Job Description: 1. Develop recruitment plans based on business needs and oversee the entire recruitment process, including but not limited to roles in product R&D, investment, trading, and research. 2. Develop and maintain domestic and international recruitment channels to accurately identify and attract high-quality candidates. 3. Work closely with business teams to understand hiring requirements and provide professional recruitment support. 4. Regularly report on recruitment progress, stay updated on market trends, and provide data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies.
