Job Description
This position is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing and content operation strategies for the company's social media platforms including but not limited to Twitter, Facebook, and Discord. The candidate will oversee the implementation of these strategies across multiple overseas platforms and channels, ensuring alignment with the company's user growth objectives and brand positioning. Key responsibilities involve creating engaging content calendars that integrate with brand demand rhythms, trending topics, and special events. This includes planning and executing event marketing campaigns, welfare activities, and brand image promotions that resonate with target audiences. The role also requires continuous monitoring of content performance metrics, conducting real-time optimization of social media strategies, and proposing data-driven improvements to enhance overall effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for global social media platforms, including content creation, audience segmentation, and engagement tactics
  • Design multi-platform operation plans that address incremental user needs while maintaining brand consistency across international markets
  • Plan and execute brand-related events (both daily and special) to increase fan activity, loyalty, and community growth
  • Create content that aligns with brand messaging, leverages trending topics, and supports business objectives through creative formats like图文, 视频, and直播
  • Monitor content performance using analytics tools, conduct regular optimization of social media strategies, and implement improvement measures based on data insights

Job Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in social media marketing or content operations with proven success in international markets
  • Excellent understanding of overseas social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Discord, etc.) and their unique user engagement patterns
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret social media metrics and create performance reports
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Premiere, etc.) and social media management platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
  • Ability to develop creative content concepts that align with brand identity and market trends
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of digital marketing principles including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising strategies
  • Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Experience with content calendar planning and execution across different time zones
  • Ability to conduct A/B testing for content performance optimization
  • Excellent English communication skills with ability to work in multilingual environments
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools to present content performance insights to stakeholders
  • Understanding of brand positioning strategies and market segmentation techniques
  • Ability to develop content that complies with international content regulations and platform policies
  • Experience with content monetization strategies for social media platforms
