Business Development at HTX

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local crypto KOLs, influencers, communities, quants, institutions, and other potential partners to promote HTX in Vietnam.
• Address and resolve follow-up issues for affiliate partners to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Act as the official representative of HTX to foster long-term partnerships with KOLs, marketing channels, and affiliates, helping them increase trading volume.
• Execute and optimize KOL marketing strategies, tracking and analyzing channel performance to maximize ROI.
• Monitor local industry trends and competitor activities to develop responsive strategies.
• Complete additional tasks assigned by leadership to support business objectives.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in partnership development, influencer marketing, or business development within the crypto or fintech industry.
• Strong understanding of the Vietnamese crypto market and key stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies for optimal performance.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in Vietnamese and English is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with KOLs, affiliate programs, or community-driven marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of trading platforms and blockchain technology.
• Strong network within the Vietnamese crypto community.
