Job Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Korean KOL Business Development role in the Web3 space. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Korean and preferably bilingual in Korean and Chinese. The role focuses on identifying, expanding, and managing relationships with Korean Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and content creators across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and expand Korean KOL networks on platforms like Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram, focusing on the Korean market
- Build and maintain a comprehensive database of local Korean KOLs/MCNs covering trading, information, and content creation
- Recruit live streamers and content creators with Crypto/Web3 knowledge or content creation capabilities
- Facilitate participation in platform live streams, AMA interviews, and market hot topic sharing activities
- Manage daily communication and maintain long-term, stable, sustainable cooperative relationships with KOLs
- Continuously improve content activity, platform engagement, and cooperation satisfaction of Korean creators
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, and operations teams to plan and execute content campaigns and KOL cooperation projects
- Track cooperation results, analyze data, and improve recruitment and management strategies
- Monitor trends in the Korean content ecosystem and Web3 community to inform content and KOL cooperation strategies
- Enhance platform awareness and user conversion in the Korean market through KOL support
Job Requirements
- Native or fluent Korean language proficiency (Chinese-Korean bilingual preferred)
- Experience in KOL/creator management or business development, preferably in Web3/Crypto space
- Strong understanding of Korean social media platforms and content ecosystem
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Passion for Web3 and cryptocurrency trends
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
