Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract BD/BD Lead/BD Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and managing partnerships, particularly within the cryptocurrency and derivatives trading sector. This role involves leveraging existing channel and KOL (Key Opinion Leader) resources to drive business growth and expand market share in targeted regions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders. A deep understanding of the contract market in specific countries is essential, as is the ability to develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate these markets effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the contract market in targeted regions (Europe, Latin America, CIS, Turkey).
- Leverage existing channel and KOL resources to drive business growth and increase market share.
- Identify and establish partnerships with key stakeholders, including exchanges, brokers, and institutional clients.
- Negotiate and manage contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular reports and data-driven insights to senior management.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, particularly in the cryptocurrency or derivatives trading sector.
- Deep understanding and experience in expanding the contract market in overseas countries.
- Ability to provide trading volume proof or relevant data screenshots as evidence of past performance.
- Fluent in one or more of the following languages: Korean, English, Indonesian/Malay, Vietnamese, Thai, or Filipino.
- Open to candidates of any nationality.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Europe, Latin America, CIS, or Turkey (remote work initially, with potential relocation to Dubai in the future).
