Seeking a dynamic Business Development professional to drive growth initiatives in the Taiwan market. This role focuses on establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with key stakeholders including local KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), overseas investment institutions, and channel providers. The ideal candidate will identify and cultivate high-potential collaboration opportunities to expand business reach and enhance market presence. This position requires proactive engagement with both domestic and international partners to create mutually beneficial business ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with local KOL resources, overseas investment institutions, and channel providers to develop comprehensive partnership strategies
- Conduct in-depth research on overseas social media platforms, prioritizing engagement with Internet celebrity KOLs to maximize brand exposure
- Lead the negotiation and signing of business contracts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and legal compliance
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to monitor partnership progress, resolve conflicts, and implement improvement measures
- Develop and maintain detailed records of all cooperation projects, including timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create targeted outreach plans for potential partners
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities
- Prepare regular reports to senior management on partnership status, ROI analysis, and strategic recommendations
- Organize and facilitate meetings with partner stakeholders to align on project goals and execution plans
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and business ethics standards in all partnership activities
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, preferably with cross-border partnership experience
- Excellent understanding of overseas social media ecosystems and KOL marketing strategies
- Strong negotiation skills with proven success in securing favorable partnership agreements
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, with working knowledge of other Asian languages preferred
- Proficiency in contract management software and document creation tools
- Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable business strategies
