As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of HTX in the Korean market by establishing and nurturing relationships with local crypto influencers, communities, and institutions. Your role will focus on expanding our trading volume and user base through strategic partnerships and effective marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with local crypto KOLs, influencers, communities, quants, institutions, and other potential partners to promote HTX in Korea.
Address and resolve follow-up issues for affiliate partners to ensure smooth collaboration.
Act as the official representative of HTX to foster long-term partnerships with KOLs, marketing channels, and affiliate partners, helping them increase trading volume.
Execute and optimize KOL marketing strategies, track performance metrics, and adjust tactics to maximize ROI.
Monitor local industry trends and competitor activities to develop responsive strategies.
Complete additional tasks assigned by leadership to support team objectives.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in partnership development, influencer marketing, or business development within the crypto/blockchain industry.
Strong understanding of the Korean crypto market and key stakeholders.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies for optimal performance.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in Korean and English is preferred.
