Job Description
The Business Development (BD) role for North America focuses on expanding market presence and driving user growth through strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging key opinion leaders (KOLs), communities, channels, and potential partners in the North American market to foster business collaborations. This position requires establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with KOLs, marketing channels, communities, and partners across North America. Additionally, the candidate will develop and execute market promotion and business cooperation plans aligned with company objectives, continuously monitoring performance and optimizing ROI. Staying updated on industry trends, user behavior, and competitor activities in the North American market is crucial to provide actionable insights for business expansion strategies. The role also involves supporting negotiations, partnership implementation, and ongoing relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage KOLs, communities, and potential partners in North America to drive user growth and business collaborations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with KOLs, marketing channels, and partners in the region.
- Develop and execute market promotion and business cooperation strategies tailored to North America.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends, user preferences, and competitor activities to refine market strategies.
- Assist in negotiations, partnership execution, and relationship management.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in English as a working language, with strong communication, negotiation, and writing skills.
- Prior experience in business development, overseas markets, channel partnerships, or KOL collaborations is preferred.
- Familiarity with the North American market and existing connections with KOLs, communities, media, or channels is a plus.
- Basic understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain, or trading platforms; industry experience or trading background is advantageous.
- Strong communication, resource expansion, execution, and results-driven mindset.
- Chinese nationals are preferred; remote work is acceptable.
