English Community Customer Service (Telegram & Discord)
岗位职责：
负责英文社群（Telegram / Discord）的日常运营与维护
及时、专业地回复用户咨询（包括交易、账户、充值提现等问题）
指导用户完成基础操作，如注册、KYC、充值、提现及交易流程
监控社群舆情，及时发现潜在风险或负面情绪
对接内部团队，协助处理异常情况、投诉及突发事件
维护社群秩序，管理违规、广告及恶意行为
收集用户反馈，整理常见问题并进行内部汇总
协助执行社群活动（如活动、AMA、运营任务等），提升活跃度
Location: Remote work
Working hours: shift system (covering 24/7, three shifts)
Job responsibilities:
Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of English communities (Telegram/Discord)
Timely and professional response to user inquiries (including transaction, account, recharge and withdrawal issues).
Guide users to complete basic operations such as registration, KYC, recharge, withdrawal, and transaction processes
Monitor community opinion and detect latent risks or negative emotions in a timely manner
Coordinate with internal teams to assist in handling abnormal situations, complaints, and emergencies
Maintain community order, manage violations, advertisements, and malicious behavior
Collect user feedback, organize frequently asked questions, and conduct internal summaries
Assist in executing community activities (such as events, AMAs, operational tasks, etc.) to improve the active level
Job Requirements:

具备良好的中文和英文读写能力（能流畅沟通，口语为加分项）
至少1年以上加密货币交易所客服或社群运营经验
熟悉基础 Web3 概念（钱包、转账、Gas Fee、网络等）
熟练使用 Telegram、Discord 等社群工具
沟通能力强，有耐心，服务意识强
能适应高强度工作环境，响应及时
能接受轮班制度（含夜班及周末）
会使用 Excel 做基础数据记录
责任心强，执行力强，有团队合作意识
Job requirements:
Possess good Chinese and English reading and writing skills (able to communicate fluently, oral English is a bonus).
At least 1 year experience in cryptocurrency exchange customer service or cybertribe operations
Familiar with basic Web3 concepts (wallet, transfer, Gas Fee, network, etc.)
Proficient in using community tools such as Telegram and Discord
Strong communication skills, patience, and a strong sense of service
Able to adapt to high-intensity work environments and respond promptly
Can accept the shift system (including night shifts and weekends).
Can use Excel for basic data recording
Strong sense of responsibility, strong execution ability, and teamwork awareness
