Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic professional to drive growth and user acquisition in Japanese communities, focusing on financial improvement and customer satisfaction. This role involves strategic planning, relationship management, and proactive outreach to expand our client base and revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a growth and user acquisition strategy for Japanese communities designed with financial improvement and customer satisfaction in mind.
- Retain and grow the client base by establishing long-term relationships with existing and new contacts, to drive improved volume and revenue generation.
- Take charge of regional user communities on Discord, Telegram, and other platforms as necessary.
- Diligently research and proactively reach out to potential partners to onboard them; become their point of contact moving forward and maintain and strengthen client relationships.
- Gather useful information from customer and competitor data to identify profitable business opportunities and advise on new product offerings to meet customer needs and expectations.
- Coordinate with the marketing and other internal teams about planned initiatives as well as client proposals regarding user activation campaigns.
- Report to the Head of Business Development on business development status, provide reports on campaign results and outcomes, and collect insights/feedback to improve initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, growth strategy, or user acquisition, preferably in the Japanese market.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage with clients and partners effectively.
- Ability to analyze customer and competitor data to identify business opportunities.
- Experience managing online communities on platforms like Discord and Telegram.
- Proactive and results-driven mindset with a focus on revenue generation.
- Fluent in Japanese and English to communicate with stakeholders in both languages.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development.
