Job Description
Responsible for driving growth in the Over-The-Counter (OTC) business within your assigned market, encompassing both manual trading and Request for Quote (RFQ) processes. This role requires the development and execution of a comprehensive growth strategy that includes multiple dimensions such as acquiring new counterparties, nurturing existing relationships, and collaborating with developer teams to productize solutions and execute trades. Additionally, you will focus on expanding the crypto project market making business by deepening relationships with established projects and identifying new opportunities. The position also involves building relationships with high-profile entities in the crypto ecosystem, including crypto projects, venture capital firms, institutional investors, miners, and other stakeholders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance brand awareness in key markets and maintain strong partnerships with global exchanges. A critical aspect of this role is monitoring significant developments and news within the crypto industry to proactively uncover collaboration and business development prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a tailored growth plan for OTC business, focusing on both manual and RFQ operations to achieve market expansion goals.
- Identify and acquire new counterparties while strengthening relationships with existing partners to optimize trading volumes and liquidity.
- Collaborate with developer teams to refine and productize trading solutions, ensuring seamless execution of trades across platforms.
- Deepen strategic relationships with established crypto projects and actively seek out new partnerships to broaden market presence.
- Build and maintain high-level connections with key players in the crypto ecosystem, including venture capital firms, institutional investors, and miners, through systematic outreach and relationship management.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in business development within the financial or crypto sectors, with a focus on OTC trading and market making strategies.
- Strong understanding of crypto market dynamics, including trading mechanisms, liquidity provision, and the role of market makers in decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystems.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, capable of establishing trust and long-term partnerships with high-profile crypto projects and institutional stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketing, and operations, to deliver end-to-end solutions for business growth.
- Proficiency in analyzing market data and identifying trends to inform strategic decisions and uncover new business opportunities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with counterparties, investors, and exchange partners.
- Knowledge of crypto protocols, token economics, and blockchain technologies to understand the technical aspects of market making and trading solutions.
