Job Description
As a Business Development Representative at GateKeeper, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our platform within the blockchain industry. Your primary focus will be on identifying and engaging with potential clients and partners in both centralized (Cex) and decentralized (Dex) exchange ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze blockchain industry trends to identify high-potential Cex and Dex projects for collaboration
- Coordinate internal and external resources to facilitate market making services for quality exchange projects, ensuring timely completion of quarterly and monthly targets
- Represent GateKeeper in expanding industry channels and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships
- Develop and nurture lasting relationships with both new and existing clients and partners
- Stay informed about local industry developments and competitor activities, formulating strategic responses accordingly
- Enhance platform reputation and establish a positive market presence through professional engagements
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of business development experience in the cryptocurrency industry with mandatory exchange listing experience (applicants without this experience need not apply)
- Results-driven professional with proven track record of successful business cases or measurable performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with ability to convert resources into tangible outcomes
- Genuine passion for the industry with active participation in relevant events and communities
- Professional working proficiency in both English and Chinese
