Job Description
This role is pivotal in driving the growth and success of Airstack's customer base. The ideal candidate will focus on onboarding early-stage startups from pre-seed to series A funding rounds, ensuring they achieve optimal integration with Airstack's platform. By collaborating closely with the developer relations team, the candidate will help these startups maximize their usage of Airstack's services, fostering long-term partnerships. Additionally, the role will prioritize working with larger enterprise clients, where deals may require extended timelines ranging from 3 to 12 months to close. The candidate will also engage with prominent blockchain protocols, including decentralized finance (DeFi) platforms, Layer 1 (L1) and Layer 2 (L2) solutions, and more, to establish ecosystem-level partnerships. This involves coordinating with these protocols' in-house data teams and other stakeholders to align on strategic objectives. Finally, the candidate will collaborate with the marketing team to identify and develop new initiatives that enhance product adoption and market presence.
Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard pre-seed to series A startups onto Airstack's platform, ensuring seamless integration and successful implementation of the product. This includes providing technical guidance, troubleshooting issues, and offering ongoing support to help startups achieve their goals.
  • Work closely with the developer relations team to maintain strong relationships with customers, monitor their progress, and identify opportunities to increase product usage and engagement. This involves regular communication, feedback loops, and strategic planning to align with customer needs.
  • Focus on larger enterprise customers, managing complex deals that may span 3 to 12 months. This requires coordinating with internal teams, understanding business requirements, and delivering tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of enterprise clients.
  • Engage with large blockchain protocols, including DeFi platforms, L1 and L2 solutions, and other ecosystem players, to establish strategic partnerships. This involves collaborating with their in-house data teams, analyzing technical requirements, and aligning on partnership goals to drive mutual value.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to source and identify new market opportunities, develop innovative initiatives, and implement strategies that enhance product adoption. This includes contributing to go-to-market plans, analyzing customer feedback, and aligning with marketing goals to expand Airstack's reach.
  • Act as a liaison between Airstack and its customers, ensuring clear communication of product capabilities, addressing concerns, and providing updates on platform developments to maintain trust and satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular reviews of customer success metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize product utilization and customer retention. This includes tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting findings to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to provide insights that shape Airstack's product roadmap and customer engagement strategies. This involves continuous learning and research to maintain a competitive edge.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in onboarding startups or enterprise clients to blockchain platforms, with a strong track record of driving product adoption and customer success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to manage complex deals and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver results on time.
  • Deep understanding of blockchain technology, including DeFi protocols, L1 and L2 solutions, and ecosystem dynamics, to provide technical expertise and strategic insights.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to achieving business objectives.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to evaluate customer success metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
