Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive research to analyze and understand the landscape of The Graph's ecosystem participants, including L1/L2 blockchains, subgraphs, and dapps.
• Develop and maintain high-value relationships with top-tier protocols, dapps, and relevant companies in the crypto space to strengthen The Graph's market position.
• Monitor and support partners' upcoming events, product launches, and strategic initiatives to maximize collaboration opportunities.
• Identify and engage with projects utilizing subgraphs, ensuring proactive relationship management to enhance ecosystem integration.
• Coordinate the execution of cross-chain collaboration initiatives, working with Solutions Engineers to guide them through development and deployment phases.
• Manage and optimize revenue streams by handling queries from top accounts in the decentralized network and converting hosted service users to paying subscribers.
• Provide educational resources and support to new dapps transitioning to The Graph, ensuring seamless migration and exceptional user experiences.
• Act as the primary point of contact for existing users, resolving technical and operational issues promptly while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Facilitate internal and external events such as online panels, conferences, and offsites, including agenda planning, logistics coordination, and post-event follow-ups.
• Contribute to strategic decision-making by analyzing market trends and identifying potential partners to expand The Graph's ecosystem as power users.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in blockchain ecosystems, preferably with a focus on decentralized data indexing and subgraph technologies.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage with diverse stakeholders across the crypto industry.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely execution of partnership initiatives.
• Deep understanding of Web3 protocols, multi-chain architecture, and decentralized application development processes.
• Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into actionable strategies for integration and collaboration.
• Experience in user acquisition and retention, with a track record of converting free users to paying subscribers in decentralized platforms.
• Proficiency in event management, including coordination of virtual and in-person gatherings, logistics planning, and stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborative mindset to work cross-functionally with engineering, business development, and customer success teams.
• Strategic thinking skills to identify growth opportunities and contribute to long-term ecosystem planning.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities to address technological challenges and improve user experiences across platforms.
