Key Responsibilities

  • Manage existing client accounts by providing tailored solutions and maintaining detailed records of client needs and preferences
  • Prepare and deliver presentations that effectively communicate Koii's value proposition to potential clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams during sales meetings to address client inquiries and propose appropriate solutions
  • Coordinate scheduling for client meetings and executive consultations, ensuring timely follow-ups and communication
