Job Description:
•Drive Trading Volume & FTT Growth: Identify, recruit, and manage KOLs, affiliates, trading groups, and communities across Japan, Taiwan, Vietnam, CIS region that can deliver measurable trading event (FTTs, active users, trading volume)
•Performance-Oriented Partnerships: Build and negotiate partnerships with KOLs, affiliates based on volume-driven KPIs, ensuring accountability and sustainable ROI.
•Campaign Execution & Monitoring: Execute trading-focused campaigns (e.g., signals, copy trading, trading contests, affiliate pushes, trading education sessions) designed to maximize active user trading and volume growth.
•Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor and analyze performance metrics (FTT, active users, trading volume, ROI per partner) and continuously optimize strategies to ensure consistent achievement of business targets.
•Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry developments, competitor strategies, and user trading behaviors across Japan, Taiwan, Vietnam, CIS region to design effective, compliance-aligned, volume-driven initiatives.
•Retention & Community Building: Work with KOLs, affiliates, and trading leaders to establish sustainable trading communities (VIP groups, copy trading channels) that drive long-term engagement and recurring volume.
Job Requirements:
•Proven track record in business development, affiliate/KOL management.
•Existing network of trading KOLs, communities, affiliates across Japan, Taiwan, Vietnam, CIS is highly desirable.
•Familiarity with both crypto and traditional finance markets.
•Strong understanding of crypto trading funnels and what drives real trading volume.
•Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
•Analytical and data-driven mindset; able to measure, report, and optimize partner performance against volume targets.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
•Passion for crypto trading and financial markets, with the ability to engage, influence, and build trust with both retail and institutional stakeholders.
•Ability to perform under pressure with clear performance-based targets tied directly to trading metrics.
