Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development professional to drive channel partnerships and growth strategies. This role focuses on expanding our network through strategic collaborations while optimizing performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Channel Expansion and Contracting: Develop target lists and tiered segmentation (top KOLs, communities, traffic studios, Brokers/IBs) to maintain a stable partnership pipeline.
- Deal Structuring and Commercial Negotiation: Design and iterate partnership models including CPA/CPFTD, Revenue Share, Hybrid, and tiered rebates (based on trading volume/net deposits/retention), with clear risk control terms (fraud prevention, volume inflation, abnormal traffic handling).
- Partner Operations and Growth: Establish partner operation mechanisms including monthly campaigns, content planning, creative material support, and event coordination (webinars/AMA sessions/live streams/offline meetups).
- Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor core KPIs (FTD/deposits, trading volume, NGR/net revenue, CAC, ROI, retention, channel quality) and produce weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing/brand/content teams, product development, legal/compliance, finance/settlement, and customer service operations.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in BD/channel growth/affiliate/KOL partnerships (preferably in exchanges, brokerages/CFDs, fintech, traffic networks/MCNs, or trading communities).
- Proven track record of signing KOLs/communities/IBs with measurable outcomes (active users, net deposits, trading volume or revenue generation).
- Deep understanding of partnership models (CPA/RevShare/Hybrid) and metrics (LTV/CAC, funnel conversion, retention); basic knowledge of attribution tracking.
- Strong negotiation skills and contract awareness: Ability to draft term sheets and transform "budget discussions" into "results-driven agreements".
- Results-oriented with high stress tolerance; willingness for business travel/conference attendance; working English proficiency (critical for cross-regional partnerships).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing Broker Programs or high-quality affiliate networks (common in trading/gambling/fintech sectors).
- Familiarity with common fraud patterns and anti-fraud measures (fake volume, arbitrage accounts, low-quality traffic, etc.).
