Job Description
Sidekick is seeking a Korean Operations Manager to join our Web3 team. This is a full-time remote position with flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Korean and have experience in community management, event planning, and content creation within the crypto space.
Key Responsibilities
- Event Planning & Execution: Monitor trends in the Korean crypto community and plan AMAs, live streams, and other online events. Independently draft event proposals, oversee execution, and coordinate design/development/operational resources.
- Content Planning & Program Management: Stay attuned to Korean community trends and plan relevant AMA topics and live content. Coordinate with guests and projects to execute live/interview programs.
- Data Analysis & Strategy Optimization: Analyze event performance data, generate reports, and refine strategies to improve user acquisition and retention.
- Community Management & User Engagement: Operate and grow the Korean-speaking community. Gather user feedback to derive insights and contribute to product improvements.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with BD and marketing teams to develop and execute live promotion strategies. Coordinate resources and drive initiatives to enhance brand visibility and user conversion.
Job Requirements
- Fluent in Korean (required) with proficiency in English (preferred).
- Experience in community management, event planning, or content creation, preferably in the Web3/crypto space.
- Strong analytical skills to assess event performance and optimize strategies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends as needed.
- Basic hosting/interviewing skills for live programs.
