Key Responsibilities
- Lead local entity setup, operations, and compliance with Nigerian financial regulations

- Manage local teams and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Represent the company in media, industry events, and government communications
- Provide strategic direction and ensure alignment with global HQ
Job Requirements
- Must be based in Nigeria and hold Nigerian citizenship
- Proven experience in setting up and managing business operations in Nigeria
- Strong understanding of Nigerian financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent relationship-building skills with regulators, government agencies, and partners
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and team management experience
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align local operations with global objectives
- Strong communication and public speaking skills for media and industry representation
