Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily operation and management of the overseas community of Wave Field Ecology, maintaining the activity and cohesion of the community.
• Plan and execute community activities (such as online Q&A, interactive challenges, AMA, etc.) to increase user stickiness and enhance community participation.
• Monitor community dynamics, promptly handle user feedback and issues, and ensure a good community atmosphere.
• Deeply explore and establish cooperation with KOLs and community opinion leaders to promote brand communication and user growth.
• Work closely with product and marketing teams to promote effective dissemination of product information, events, and brand messages in the community.
• Responsible for community growth data, setting and completing KPIs for community growth and activity, ensuring an increase in the number of community users, activity, and participation.
• Track and analyze community data (such as new member growth rate, activity, interaction volume, etc.), regularly report and optimize operational strategies.
• Continuously monitor industry trends and community development trends, explore innovative community operation methods, and enhance brand awareness and influence.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in community management, preferably in an overseas or international setting.
• Strong organizational and planning skills to execute engaging community activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle user feedback and collaborate with KOLs.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve community engagement.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and community-building tools.
• Creative mindset to explore innovative community operation methods.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product and marketing teams.
