We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology Leader to oversee our technical department. This role involves strategic planning, team management, and ensuring the successful execution of technology projects to meet company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate technology development plans, set development goals, and establish work plans for the technology team.
- Develop and implement a standardized and efficient technical department management system to control project quality and progress, ensuring accountability for results.
- Lead the technical team in system architecture design, system analysis, product development, platform building, and performance optimization, while ensuring system security and stability.
- Organize research and development efforts to address major technical issues and eliminate bottlenecks that hinder the implementation of the company's strategy.
- Coordinate technical resource support and collaborate with relevant business departments to achieve work tasks and financial targets.
- Manage the hierarchical construction of the company's technical team, including the cultivation, evaluation, and motivation of core technical talents.
