Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate technology development plans, set development goals, and establish work plans for the technology team.
• Develop and implement a standardized and efficient technical department management system to control project quality and progress, ensuring accountability for results.
• Lead the technical team in system architecture design, system analysis, product development, platform building, and performance optimization, while ensuring system security and stability.
• Organize research and development efforts to address major technical issues and eliminate bottlenecks that hinder the implementation of the company's strategy.
• Coordinate technical resource support and collaborate with relevant business departments to achieve work tasks and financial targets.
• Manage the hierarchical construction of the company's technical team, including the cultivation, evaluation, and motivation of core technical talents.
