Job Description
The Bit.com Exchange User Growth Manager will play a pivotal role in driving user acquisition and engagement through strategic initiatives. This position focuses on developing and implementing growth strategies to expand the exchange's user base and enhance market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a comprehensive agent rebate system to incentivize user growth
- Develop strategic plans for user acquisition and retention
- Recruit and manage a network of agents to expand market reach
- Build and lead high-performing teams to execute growth initiatives
- Organize and execute marketing events and promotional campaigns
- Monitor and analyze growth metrics to optimize strategies
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cryptocurrency exchange operations or related field
- Established network of industry KOLs and community rebate agent resources
- Proven track record in event planning and execution
- Strong analytical skills with results-driven approach
- Excellent communication and team management abilities
- Deep understanding of cryptocurrency market dynamics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with affiliate marketing programs in crypto space
