Job Description:
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with our most important clients. Your primary focus will be to understand client needs deeply and provide tailored solutions and service support to foster long-term partnerships.
You will actively monitor project progress, coordinating internal resources to ensure smooth implementation. Building strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups will be essential to enhance satisfaction and partnership longevity.
Additionally, you will identify new business opportunities and expand our client base while maintaining accurate records of client interactions and business metrics. Regular reporting to team leadership about account status and development progress will be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key clients
- Analyze client requirements and propose customized solutions
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Conduct regular client check-ins and satisfaction surveys
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Maintain comprehensive client records and performance metrics
- Prepare regular progress reports for management
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or key account management preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Background in finance, internet, or Web3 industries is advantageous
- Strong sense of responsibility with clear goal orientation
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willingness to work onsite in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
