Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our brand promotion, user growth, and market expansion initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, optimizing customer experience (CEX) transactions, and building a sustainable product growth model.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in and oversee brand promotion efforts by setting clear goals, developing effective strategies, and executing plans to achieve measurable results.
- Increase user engagement and transaction volume by designing and implementing growth strategies for trading products, leveraging growth hacking techniques and data-driven optimizations.
- Build and refine the product growth flywheel, enhancing user activity, transaction volume, and Total Value Locked (TVL) through precise KPI management and iterative testing.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration, working closely with product and technical teams to ensure accurate implementation and rapid iteration of marketing initiatives.
- Identify and establish strategic external partnerships to accelerate market penetration and amplify brand influence through joint marketing campaigns and collaborative projects.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities using advanced analytical tools, adjusting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in brand management, growth marketing, or a similar leadership role, preferably in the fintech or blockchain industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and strategy optimization.
- Expertise in growth hacking techniques and performance marketing to drive user acquisition and retention.
- Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics and competitor analysis to inform strategic adjustments.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on innovation and results.
Preferred Qualifications
