We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Community Moderator to oversee and enhance our official forum and chat channels. The ideal candidate will foster positive discussions, provide accurate information, and act as a bridge between the community and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively moderate official forum and chat channels (Discord, Telegram, Kakao) to foster positive and constructive discussions.
- Stay up-to-date with company news and game mechanics to provide precise answers to community questions.
- Generate comprehensive reports on player sentiment, community challenges, and trending topics.
- Collaborate with Customer Support and Quality Assurance teams for Q&A and issue escalation.
Job Requirements
- Prior experience in community moderation or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse community members.
- Familiarity with gaming communities and platforms like Discord, Telegram, and Kakao.
- Analytical mindset to assess player sentiment and identify emerging trends.
