Job Description
As a Community Manager for AirDAO's Chinese Telegram platform, you will be responsible for cultivating and sustaining a vibrant, inclusive community environment. This role involves actively engaging with users through regular discussions, promptly addressing any conflicts or concerns, and ensuring all interactions remain respectful and constructive. You will also design and execute targeted activities to enhance user participation and strengthen the connection between the project team and community members. Additionally, you will monitor community dynamics to identify emerging trends, user feedback, and emotional responses, which will be systematically reported to internal teams to inform product development and optimization strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the AirDAO Chinese Telegram community, including content curation, event planning, and user engagement initiatives
- Facilitate open dialogue between community members and the project team through organized Q&A sessions, feedback channels, and collaborative discussions
- Implement conflict resolution protocols to maintain a positive community atmosphere while upholding platform guidelines and ethical standards
- Develop and execute creative engagement activities such as AMAs (Ask Me Anything), contests, and educational webinars to sustain community interest
- Monitor user sentiment through social listening tools and manual analysis to identify community needs and potential areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate community insights into actionable product recommendations and feature enhancements
- Establish and maintain clear communication channels for timely dissemination of project updates and community-related information
- Conduct regular community health checks to assess engagement metrics, user satisfaction, and overall community vitality
- Design onboarding programs for new members to ensure they understand community guidelines and can contribute effectively
- Implement feedback loops to ensure continuous improvement of community management strategies and user experience
Job Requirements
Proficiency in Chinese language and communication, with strong written and verbal skills for crafting engaging content and moderating discussions. Demonstrated experience in managing online communities, preferably in the blockchain or cryptocurrency space, with a proven track record of increasing user engagement and retention. Deep understanding of Telegram platform dynamics and moderation tools. Ability to analyze user behavior data and translate insights into strategic recommendations. Excellent conflict resolution skills with a focus on maintaining community harmony while enforcing guidelines. Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple community initiatives simultaneously. Familiarity with content creation tools and social media analytics platforms. Passion for decentralized technologies and community building. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
