Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Global Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies to drive business growth in the global market. You will lead a team to execute various operational initiatives and continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational strategies for the global market, including market research, competitor analysis, event operations, product operations, and new customer promotion plans.
  • Lead the department to implement strategies, inspect results, and analyze improvements.
  • Analyze user transaction behavior, preferences, and needs to explore user value and potential needs.
  • Optimize product and service design to enhance user experience.
  • Analyze operational performance and benefits, evaluate the achievement of various indicators, and identify problems and bottlenecks.
  • Propose optimization suggestions and improvement measures to continuously improve overseas operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to improve customer service, including responding quickly to customer issues, resolving complaints, and handling disputes.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective operational strategies.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a global market.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to coordinate and manage internal and external resources effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints and disputes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
