Operation Manager at Bitget Wallet

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of cooperation schemes between Crypto wallet and multiple public chains/ecological projects, including thorough analysis of project features and strategic alignment with product strengths to create innovative solutions.
• Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies through project collaboration, event operations, and brand promotion activities, with a focus on optimizing conversion funnels and enhancing user engagement metrics.
• Facilitate cross-departmental communication and coordination with project teams, business development, operations, design, branding, content, and product departments to ensure seamless execution of collaboration plans.
• Conduct in-depth user research to identify pain points and requirements in the Crypto field, ensuring that solutions are tailored to meet user needs and deliver enhanced value to wallet users.
• Perform market research on emerging and established public chains/ecological projects to evaluate opportunities for expanding Crypto wallet functionality and market reach.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in blockchain technology, with a strong understanding of cross-chain protocols, smart contracts, and decentralized application ecosystems.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret user behavior data, market trends, and project performance metrics, enabling informed decision-making for growth strategies.
• Strong communication abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners while presenting complex ideas clearly.
• Ability to develop creative solutions that balance technical feasibility with user experience, ensuring products remain competitive in the rapidly evolving Crypto market.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, and content creation, to support brand promotion and user acquisition efforts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to address challenges in integration, scalability, and security while maintaining product integrity.
