Job Description
Responsible for the operation and optimization of platform growth, retention, and conversion strategies. This includes the formulation, execution, supervision, and analysis of platform system-related strategies to establish user precision layered operation frameworks. The role focuses on generating higher value and stickiness for the platform through data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, the candidate will be tasked with optimizing user reach systems, retention pathways, and data monitoring systems to enhance overall platform performance. The position also involves exploring potential product needs at various user stages, collaborating with product teams to implement improvements, and refining user value perception through targeted interventions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for platform growth, retention, and conversion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user behavior patterns.
