Job Description
The Overseas Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all operational activities in international markets. This role requires a strategic approach to ensure seamless execution of business objectives across different regions. The position involves coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing improvements to optimize operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining strong relationships with local partners and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive operational plans aligned with global business objectives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Oversee the deployment and execution of channel activities, including partnerships, distribution strategies, and market entry initiatives, to maximize sales and market penetration.
  • Lead overseas marketing and promotion efforts, creating and implementing campaigns that resonate with international audiences and drive brand awareness.
  • Manage and maintain official media content across digital platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure that product requirements are effectively communicated and integrated into the overall business strategy.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental customer service operations, ensuring a unified approach to addressing client needs and resolving issues efficiently.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in international or multinational environments, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret operational data and make data-driven decisions that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strong leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams, delegate tasks, and motivate staff to achieve operational goals.
  • Fluency in English and at least one additional language to communicate effectively with international stakeholders and teams.
  • Proficiency in using operational management tools and software, including CRM systems, project management platforms, and data analytics tools.
  • Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives and target international markets effectively.
  • Experience in managing media content and digital assets, ensuring they meet brand standards and are optimized for different platforms.
