Job Description:
The position is for a Vietnam Market Operations role. The primary focus will be on driving user growth initiatives and ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns to enhance user acquisition, registration conversion, transaction incentives, retention, and reactivation. The role requires designing and implementing effective activity solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of user growth campaigns, with a focus on key metrics such as user acquisition, registration conversion, transaction incentives, retention, and reactivation.
- Develop and implement high-efficiency campaign solutions to drive platform growth and user engagement.
- Coordinate cross-departmental resources, including product, design, and development teams, to ensure timely campaign launches and goal achievement.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to innovate marketing strategies and improve platform growth efficiency.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and Vietnamese.
- Bachelor's degree or higher with at least 1 year of experience in growth/marketing campaign operations at an internet company (e-commerce, fintech) or exchange. Remote work adaptability is required; overseas project experience is a plus.
- In-depth understanding of the user lifecycle in exchanges, with hands-on experience in registration, trading, referrals, rebates, and retention strategies.
- Strong execution skills and the ability to facilitate cross-functional communication and resource coordination.
- Results-driven with high self-motivation, capable of independently managing growth targets and KPIs.
