Job Description
The Spot Operations Specialist will be responsible for executing and managing various operational activities related to the platform's spot trading section. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams to ensure smooth operations and optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution & Implementation: Assist in the end-to-end execution of operational campaigns for the spot trading section, including backend configuration, announcement releases, and other related tasks.
- Material Coordination: Organize campaign materials, coordinate poster designs, and ensure timely and high-quality content releases.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign effectiveness based on data feedback and provide optimization suggestions.
- Data Monitoring & Analysis: Conduct daily tracking of spot trading metrics (DTU, transaction volume, conversion rate, ROI, etc.).
- Reporting: Assist in compiling and analyzing daily/weekly reports and post-campaign reviews.
- Anomaly Detection: Identify abnormal data fluctuations and ensure consistency in data reporting.
- User & Asset Operations: Participate in executing campaigns for key spot assets (major coins, new listings, secondary coins).
- Competitor Analysis: Gather user feedback and competitor insights to support strategic adjustments.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Maintain efficient communication with product, design, development, risk control, and customer service teams.
- Resource Coordination: Drive execution progress and secure necessary resources to ensure operational tasks are completed successfully.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with preference given to candidates with 1+ years of internet or blockchain-related operational experience.
- Familiarity with spot trading business logic and major cryptocurrency trading mechanisms.
- Basic data analysis skills and proficiency in office tools.
- Strong attention to detail, execution capability, and sense of responsibility.
- Passion for the crypto industry and good English reading/communication skills.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior internship or work experience in exchanges, wallets, or CEX/DEX platforms.
- Basic SQL knowledge or experience with data dashboard tools.
