Job Description
This role is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle operation and management of the company's platform, ensuring smooth product launches and ongoing system maintenance. The position requires close collaboration with multiple departments to optimize processes and maintain operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire process of platform operations including product launches, daily monitoring, and system maintenance
- Handle announcement releases, parameter organization, system configuration, and functional adjustments
- Serve as primary liaison for the business configuration center to resolve operational issues
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of all product-related issues following established procedures
- Coordinate with external service providers for market research, competitive analysis, and compliance management
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with product, R&D, finance, legal, compliance, and trading teams
- Streamline business processes and maintain comprehensive documentation of all operational activities
- Manage product-related documents, contracts, and archival materials
- Support mid-office operations throughout the entire product lifecycle
Required Skills
- Proven experience in platform operations and system management
- Strong understanding of business configuration and parameter management
- Excellent problem-solving skills for operational issues
- Ability to work effectively across multiple functional teams
- Experience with market research and competitive analysis
- Knowledge of compliance requirements and documentation management
