Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze user needs, competitor dynamics, and market trends to inform product development strategies.
• Assist the company in formulating and refining product development roadmaps based on market insights.
• Define product requirements, create detailed documentation, and oversee product process design, interface, and prototype development.
• Coordinate with R&D and testing teams to track product development, testing, version management, and release cycles.
• Standardize and manage R&D requirements to ensure efficient project execution.
• Continuously gather user feedback on existing products and implement functional and process optimizations.
• Maintain and update all product-related documentation in real-time to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in CEX, DEX, or DeFi environments.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and competitor activities.
• Ability to translate user needs into actionable product requirements and strategies.
• Proficiency in product documentation, prototyping, and lifecycle management.
• Excellent coordination skills to work with R&D, testing, and other cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous product improvement based on user feedback.
• Ability to maintain up-to-date and comprehensive product documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in team development and mentoring junior product managers.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools.
• Knowledge of blockchain technology and financial product ecosystems.
