Job Description

Through rigorous competitor analysis, you will identify industry trends, benchmark against leading products, and develop innovative solutions that differentiate our offerings in the competitive Web3 landscape. This includes producing comprehensive product requirements documents (PRD) that serve as blueprints for development teams, as well as reviewing and validating these documents to ensure clarity, feasibility, and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring seamless integration with Web3 ecosystems and user needs.
• Facilitate collaboration between designers, developers, and stakeholders to create cohesive product visions and execution plans.
• Collect, organize, and analyze user feedback through surveys, interviews, and data analytics tools to inform product improvements.
• Conduct in-depth competitor analysis to identify market gaps, opportunities, and best practices for differentiation.
• Develop and maintain product requirements documents (PRD) that clearly define features, user flows, and technical specifications.
• Oversee product launches, monitor performance metrics, and implement iterative improvements based on user data and market feedback.
• Stay updated on emerging Web3 technologies, trends, and user behavior to ensure products remain innovative and relevant.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to align product strategies with business objectives and user acquisition goals.
• Manage product roadmaps and prioritize features based on user impact, technical feasibility, and business value.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements in Web3 product development.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in product management or a similar role within Web3 or blockchain ecosystems, with a track record of successful product launches.
• Strong understanding of user experience (UX) design principles and the ability to translate user feedback into actionable product requirements.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret user data, market trends, and competitor insights for strategic decision-making.
• Proficiency in creating and reviewing PRD documents, with experience in agile development methodologies and project management tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments, with strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
• Knowledge of Web3 technologies such as smart contracts, decentralized applications (dApps), and blockchain protocols is highly preferred.
• Experience with user research techniques, including usability testing, A/B testing, and stakeholder interviews, is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to address challenges in product development and user experience optimization.
• Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and market demands while maintaining a focus on long-term product vision.
