Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the product owner in promoting contract exchange functions through requirement analysis, documentation, Figma prototyping, and version iteration management
• Monitor product performance metrics and user feedback to generate analytical reports and improvement recommendations
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to support development of differentiated product strategies
• Collaborate on designing and implementing trading systems including contracts, orders, and derivatives platforms
• Quickly acquire and apply knowledge of cryptocurrency industry trends and technologies
• Focus on execution details and facilitate cross-functional team coordination throughout development cycles

Job Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in product management or related roles, preferably in fintech or cryptocurrency
• Proficiency in product design tools (Figma preferred) and documentation
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret product data and user feedback
• Basic understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency trading mechanisms
• Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with derivatives trading platforms or contract exchange products
• Knowledge of risk management systems in trading environments
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
