Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall planning of the Web3 exchange platform, integrating decentralized features, streamlining innovative trading processes and functional architectures.
• Write clear product documentation and ensure the product is built and continuously iterated from scratch.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties, collect requirements from trading users, compliance teams, and technical teams.
• Accurately identify core demands, translate them into product features and optimization points, and prioritize their promotion.
• Coordinate multiple teams in research and development, design, and testing, develop project plans and milestones.
• Closely monitor progress, solve cross-departmental collaboration problems, and ensure timely product launch and stable updates.
• Pay attention to Web3 competitors, analyze their business models, product highlights and shortcomings, and find differentiated competitive advantages for their own products.
• Collect feedback, identify user pain points, optimize interface interaction, transaction efficiency, asset security mechanisms, and improve platform usability and satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, preferably in Web3 or blockchain-related projects.
• Strong understanding of decentralized technologies and trading platforms.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze competitor products and identify market opportunities.
• Experience in writing clear and detailed product documentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Passion for user experience and continuous product improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in launching a successful Web3 or decentralized exchange platform.
• Technical background or understanding of blockchain development.
• Experience working in agile development environments.
