Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Scheme Design: Plan and implement cooperation strategies between Crypto wallet and various public chains/ecosystem projects. Analyze project characteristics and combine with product advantages to create attractive solutions.
• Data Growth: Design growth plans based on project cooperation, event operations, and brand promotion. Optimize conversion funnels using data-driven approaches.
• Communication & Coordination: Collaborate with project teams, business units, operations, design, branding, content, and product departments to execute project cooperation plans.
• User Insights: Identify and analyze user needs in the Crypto field. Align solution implementation with user requirements to deliver valuable services for wallet users.
• Project Research: Conduct research on trending/potential public chains and ecosystem projects to explore new opportunities for Crypto wallet integration.

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in Crypto/blockchain industry
• Strong understanding of public chains and cryptocurrency ecosystems
• Excellent analytical skills with data-driven decision making ability
• Proven track record in cross-functional collaboration and project execution
• Creative problem-solving skills with user-centric approach
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
• Passion for blockchain technology and cryptocurrency innovations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with cryptocurrency wallets or similar financial products
• Knowledge of smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps)
• Background in growth hacking or digital marketing
• Familiarity with major public chains like Ethereum, Solana, or Polkadot
