We are seeking a talented Brand Social Media & PR specialist to join our team. This role involves developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute social media operation plans, develop content calendars to increase product/brand exposure and user engagement
Manage daily operations of Chinese and English social media matrices (Weibo, X, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and coordinate with departments for content publishing
Create compelling Chinese/English copy for various materials including social posts, marketing collateral, video scripts, brochures and PR drafts
Monitor competitor social media activities and major market campaigns to support marketing initiatives
Track, analyze social media and campaign data to produce performance reports and optimize strategies
Participate in planning and executing social media/community activities (e.g. AMA) to boost engagement

Job Requirements

2+ years experience in social media management and PR
Proficiency in both Chinese and English copywriting
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and analytics tools
Creative thinking with excellent communication skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects
Experience with community engagement activities preferred

Preferred Qualifications
