Job Description
Responsible for testing the company's core products, including functional testing, interface testing, data validation, and pre-release regression testing.
Participate in requirement reviews to identify product logic flaws from a testing perspective and drive design improvements.
Design test cases for core business processes and establish reusable testing assets.
Responsible for building the evaluation system for LLM output quality, including sampling audits, cross-version comparisons, and key field consistency checks.
Use AI tools (Cursor/Claude/Copilot, etc.) to write automated test scripts, improving test coverage and efficiency.
Set up minimal viable automation safeguards for critical nodes (code review, startup verification, database migration validation, core algorithm unit testing).
Proactively design adversarial test scenarios to identify system vulnerabilities in anti-cheating, edge cases, and abnormal inputs.
Participate in release sign-off as the final quality gate; assist in post-mortems for production incidents.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive testing of core product features and functionalities

- Create detailed test plans and documentation for complex business scenarios
- Implement quality metrics and reporting systems for continuous improvement
- Stay updated with emerging testing methodologies and AI-assisted testing tools
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of software testing experience, with at least 1 year in automation/test development
- Proficient in Python and SQL, capable of writing automated scripts independently
- Experienced with AI tools (Cursor/Claude/Copilot, etc.) - must provide real-world examples of AI efficiency gains
- Practical experience in Web3/crypto industry with understanding of common business models
- Familiar with at least one mainstream automation framework (Pytest/Playwright/Selenium)
- Ability to read Python/TypeScript business code and roughly identify bug locations
- Experience testing LLM/AI products is preferred
- Strong critical thinking skills with ability to create clear, reusable test documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with performance and load testing methodologies
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Understanding of blockchain technology and smart contract testing
- Certification in software testing or quality assurance
