- Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring criteria and technical standards

- Screen candidates for technical depth and exchange industry fit
评估候选人的技术能力及交易所行业匹配度
- Manage interview coordination, feedback alignment, and offer negotiation
统筹面试流程、反馈整合及薪资谈判
- Maintain accurate hiring reports and pipeline tracking
维护招聘数据报表及人才进展追踪

- Proven experience hiring technical roles within a centralised crypto exchange environment
具备中心化交易所技术岗位招聘经验
- Strong familiarity with Chinese CEX technical talent landscape
熟悉中国 CEX 技术人才市场结构
- Mandarin Chinese fluency is required
必须精通普通话
- Deep understanding of crypto exchange architecture and technical systems

- Ability to evaluate technical depth beyond keyword matching
