Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Specialist to lead our talent acquisition efforts. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle for both technical and non-technical positions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience while upholding our company's core values and high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, closing, and onboarding candidates. Prioritize quality over quantity to ensure only the best candidates are considered.
- Culture Champion: Ensure every candidate interaction reflects our commitment to culture, quality, and integrity. Promote core values and maintain high standards throughout the recruitment process.
- Outbound Sourcing: Proactively find creative solutions to attract top talent, including attending industry events and leveraging social media platforms.
- System Ownership: Maintain and optimize systems and processes to track inbound and outbound talent, report on key KPIs, and build a global, world-class talent pool.
- Talent Management: Use innovative frameworks to assess and retain talent. Train team members on best practices and go beyond traditional recruiting to ensure employee satisfaction.
- Create Road Maps: Collaborate with various departments to understand hiring needs and work with leadership to develop and execute strategic hiring plans.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in both technical and non-technical roles.
- Strong understanding of employer branding and candidate experience best practices.
- Ability to creatively source candidates through various channels, including social media and industry events.
- Experience with recruitment systems and KPI reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and mentor team members.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align recruitment efforts with business goals.
