Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement overall recruitment plans within the field, continuously improving recruitment processes and tools.
- Deeply understand and be responsible for talent search and acquisition within the industry, meeting the needs of talents in different stages and fields of the company.
- Assist in establishing a talent pool within and outside the company's industry, and continuously promote and expand channels and methods for talent acquisition.
- Promote talent selection and evaluation in the company, improve talent adequacy and retention rates.
- Expand and maintain effective recruitment channels overseas to enhance channel effectiveness.
- Conduct recruitment data analysis and improvement plans to enhance cross departmental recruitment collaboration efficiency and satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze recruitment data and implement improvement plans.
- Experience in managing overseas recruitment channels is a plus.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
